Privacy Policy
This notice explains how MarrowBridge handles information relating to this pre-launch website.
Information you provide
If you sign up for updates, we ask for your email address and, optionally, company name. We also record your consent to receive launch and early access communications. When online signup is unavailable, the form does not send or save your details.
Restaurant research questionnaire
The questionnaire collects your restaurant location count, business role, supplier and invoice volumes, current purchasing processes, price monitoring and verification practices, difficulties, financial impact, administration time, software usage, perceived usefulness and hypothetical willingness to pay. Written feedback, software name and restaurant website are optional. We also collect the business name, country and work email, a response ID and server submission timestamp.
We use responses and business details to validate the product concept and analyse purchasing needs. Your email helps us manage submissions and respond to data-related enquiries. No phone numbers or home addresses are requested. This phase uses an online questionnaire only; no calls, meetings or sales appointments are requested.
Research findings and product-development updates are sent only if you separately opt in using the unchecked, optional checkbox. You can submit without opting in and unsubscribe or withdraw this consent at any time by contacting hello@marrowbridge.com. We do not automatically send emails when you submit the survey.
Completed responses are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Only authorised MarrowBridge administration can access the responses and exports. We review identifiable questionnaire responses for deletion or anonymisation within 180 days; this is an administrative retention task, not an automatic deletion on survey visits. You may request earlier access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Anonymous aggregate findings may be kept after identifiable responses are removed.
For abuse prevention, the service temporarily stores a keyed hash of the connection address and an hourly request count, not the raw IP address. These records expire after 24 hours. Signed survey-session tokens prevent automated immediate submissions. To measure questionnaire completion, we store a random survey-session ID, start time and completion time. These records contain no answers or contact details. Completion statistics cover tracked starts only; no third-party analytics or marketing cookies are used. Unfinished answers remain only in this page’s memory and are cleared when the page closes or reloads.
Do not include sensitive personal information, payment details or confidential invoice documents in written answers. Cloudflare processes hosting and database information on our behalf, subject to its infrastructure locations and applicable safeguards. For details about processing locations or your rights, contact us before participating.
How information is used
We use information you provide to respond to enquiries and, with your consent, send launch and early access updates. We do not sell signup information. Service providers may process information on our behalf to operate the website and deliver communications.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting hello@marrowbridge.com, or through an unsubscribe link in an update. You can also request access, correction or deletion of your information at this address. Applicable rights depend on your location.
Retention and security
We retain signup information for the launch updates purpose until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to any applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable measures to protect information.

This site does not set marketing cookies or use analytics scripts. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to serve and secure the website.
